写作中的Transitional Words（过渡词）

并列：

and; too; also; as well as; besides; another;

Sometimes, …, while other times, … （列举选项）

递进：

furthermore; moreover; in addition; more importantly; what is more;

比较：

similarly; like; likewise; as; also; both; all; in comparison;  

in a like manner; in the same way; at the same time; by the same token; (四大同样)

对比：

in contrast; on the contrary; on the other hand; conversely; instead; rather; unlike;

转折：

however; but;

yet (She said she would be late, yet she arrived on time.)

whereas (Some people like fat meat, whereas others hate it.)

让步：

(1) 后跟名词当状语

in spite of; despite; regardless of（尽管；不顾）

(2) 直接做状语

although; though; (直接引导状语从句)

even so; even though; still; nonetheless; nevertheless; notwithstanding; (尽管如此);

after all;  of course; actually; （独立让步状语，用标点隔开）

因果：

because; since;

强调：

附：补充信号词
